"We've experienced much more than just the match. This trip strengthened the sense of unity among the Milan family. We have so many fans in Asia and Australia. The support we've received is incredible and almost unexpected."

You guys beat Premier League champion Liverpool

"We have to be cautious, it's summer football game, and we're very clear about it. But the truth is that Liverpool is one of the best teams in the world and the game is always tough. On the positive side, we've played really well in such a really tough game."

How does it feel to work with Allegri?

"He created a healthy competitive atmosphere among our players. Everyone is eager to get a play position, and we all feel that if we do well in training and playing, we can get it. Allegri is a great coach and an amazing person. He knows how to create a great atmosphere, and a great atmosphere makes a great team."

It is also from these aspects that the important work results in the early years of these weeks have begun to appear?

"The progress is very smooth, we are improving, we are growing. We need time to improve our style of play. But it feels really positive."

What do you think about missing the Champions League?
