Real Madrid officially issued a message to mourn the passing of Boca Juniors coach Miguel Angel Russo.

TYC confirmed that Boca Juniors coach Russo, who had been battling cancer for a long time, passed away on the afternoon of October 8, local time, at the age of 69. Russo played as a defensive midfielder during his playing days, only played for one club, Estudiantes of La Plata, and played 17 games for the Argentine national team.
