The Spurs held a new season media day event today, during which rookie Dylan Harper was interviewed.

Talking about recovery, Harper believes that it is still possible for him to compete in the preseason.

When asked about the progress of his recovery, he said: "I feel good and the recovery process is very smooth. I have been working hard to advance the recovery plan day after day."

Previously, Harper underwent surgery to repair the partial tear of his left thumb ligament during training.
