According to exclusive disclosure by British media TBR reporter Graeme Bailey, Chelsea submitted a new £18 million offer to AC Milan and is expected to sign Meinion.

Chelsea had previously offered £15 million, trying to sign a contract from Milan for only one year, but this price was rejected by Milan.

It is reported that Chelsea has now proposed a new offer worth £18 million (about 21.3 million euros), which is closer to the asking price of Milan.

Chelsea hopes to complete the transfer on Tuesday local time. It is reported that the deal for Menion is expected to be completed after submitting a new offer.

Menion has previously negotiated personal terms with Chelsea. Once the transfer fee agreement is reached, the transfer is expected to come naturally.
