The Japan Football Association issued an announcement today, announcing that Suzuki Ayame has withdrawn from the current Japan national team due to injury. The team has recruited another mixed-race goalkeeper Nozawa Daishi-Brandon who plays for Antwerp.

According to previous reports, Aya Suzuki injured her left finger during Parma's 2-2 draw with AC Milan in this round of Serie A. Parma officially announced today that the player suffered a compound fracture of the middle finger and navicular bone of the left hand.

Taishi Nozawa, who replaces Suzuki Ayame, is 22 years old and of American and Japanese descent. The player transferred from Tokyo FC to Antwerp this summer to start his overseas career. He has played 5 league games this season.
