According to FcInterNews, Inter Milan plans to meet with Calhanoglu’s agent Gordon Stipic-Wipfler before Christmas. The two sides are expected to discuss a new contract extending to 2028 but with a lower salary.
The 31-year-old Turkish midfielder Calhanoglu currently has a contract with Inter Milan until June 2027. In the league this season, Charhanoglu played 9 times on behalf of the team, scoring 5 goals and contributing 1 assist.
