India trip canceled this month, Kerala Sports Minister: Argentina national team will come back in March next year

According to foreign media reports, the Argentina team led by Messi originally planned to play a friendly match in the Indian state of Kerala in November, but it was canceled due to facility reasons and will be held in March next year.
Abdur Rahiman, Sports Minister of the Indian state of Kerala, said on Monday that the Argentine national team, led by Messi, will play a match in the state in March next year.
Abdur Rahiman delivered a speech on a related occasion of the Kerala government's "Sports Vision 2031" event. He said: "Two days ago, we received an email from the Argentine team confirming that the Argentine team will visit in March. The Argentine team will make an official announcement soon."
Abdurrahiman said that all preparations for the Argentine team's visit have been completed. Abdulrahiman added that the Indian government of Kerala had previously planned to host Argentina at the Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium in Kochi this month.
Abdurrahiman said: "Although we expected that the stadium facilities in Cochin could be completed on time, due to some reasons, the project could not be completed on time. As the approval procedures for the stadium have not been completed, we were ultimately unable to host this game."
Minister Abdulrahiman said that changes in international competition schedules are common, and there is no such thing as a loser or a winner.
Abdurrahiman said: "We have tried to bring such a major football event to Kerala, and this attempt itself is commendable."
Abdurrahiman added that in order to promote the development of the sports economy, the government has decided to host a number of international sports events in the state.
