Tottenham Hotspur is pleased to announce that Dutch international Xavi Simmons has been signed from RB Leipzig, and the transfer procedures are awaiting FIFA's approval and work permit.

The 22-year-old Dutch international has signed a long-term contract with the club and will wear the No. 7 jersey.
