Today, Warriors head coach Cole accepted an interview with reporters after the team's training. Xiaoba compiled part of the content.

Reporter: Spoelstra has been appointed as the head coach of the US men's basketball team in the 2028 Olympics. Would love to hear your thoughts on him taking on this job and what it was like working with you on the national team.

Cole: Yeah, Spoelstra is really good. He's an excellent coach. I've seen him coach in person over the past two summers and got to know him more closely - before I only admired him from a distance, now I have the opportunity to see firsthand what a great coach he is. I think being an assistant coach is almost a necessary part of coaching Team USA. It's a completely different job, and now he has that experience - just like I did with Popovich in the 2019 World Cup and the 2021 Olympics. So Spoelstra is a perfect choice and he's going to do a great job.
