Dillon Brooks' agency Klutch Sports has announced that the deal between the Rockets and the Suns has been concluded.
The agency released a poster of Dillon wearing the Suns No. 9 jersey and wrote: "Dillon Brooks, welcome to Phoenix!"
In this deal, Dillon and Jaylen Green were sent to the Suns together for Durant, this year's No. 10 and five second round picks.
